Pulverized coal fluidization device

       Xiangye fluidizers are divided into point-type fluidizers and tank top-discharge and bottom-discharge fluidizers, also known as fluidization devices.

      Purpose and characteristics of pulverized coal fluidization devices: The pulverized coal fluidized conveyor is a key equipment for pulverized coal transportation, installed at the lower part of the injection tank. It mainly uses liquid diffusion metal mesh plates as the primary material, with an internal gas distributor to ensure uniform airflow distribution across the entire fluidized bed, enhancing the fluidization effect of pulverized coal and enabling its transportation.

       Point-type fluidizers (cone fluidizers, fluidization nozzles, fluidizer nozzles) are auxiliary flow components in the process of discharging powdered materials from storage. They are also one of the important accessories in the blast furnace pulverized coal injection system, playing a crucial role. They are installed at multiple points in the conical section of the injection tank (pulverized coal bin) and in dead corners of the powder bin and conveying pipes to prevent coal powder from caking and to fluidize the coal powder. In the blast furnace pulverized coal injection system, they help maintain the fluidized state of the coal powder.

      Air is introduced to fluidize the powdered material through a porous plate, increasing its fluidity and preventing bridging to ensure smooth discharge of the material. They are evenly installed in the conical section of the injection tank (pulverized coal bin) and in dead corners of the powder bin and conveying pipes to prevent coal powder from adhering to the inner wall of the injection tank (pulverized coal bin), caking, or arching, thereby fluidizing the coal powder.

       Performance parameters of pulverized coal fluidization devices: Applicable medium: pulverized coal + air or pulverized coal + nitrogen; Working temperature: 0 - 100°C; Design pressure: 0.6 - 1.6MPa.

      Depending on the pulverized coal conveying process, they are divided into two types: "top-discharge" and "bottom-discharge." The SLH-type top-discharge fluidization device is designed for top-discharge from pulverized coal injection tanks and is available in integrated and split-bed styles.
